    Q2 Goal Setting


    ​What did you declare as your BIG GOAL for 2018?
    As in....if we maintained focus on something for an entire year, where could you be?

    This can be *anything you'd like* - performance goals, body composition changes, lifestyle goals, educational endeavors...anything at all.

    ​Now let's break that down a little and focus on THE NEXT 3 MONTHS.
    Think of explaining your goal as X to Y by WHEN....and just fill in those blanks.
    ​Literally....
    Where are you with this goal today?
    Where do you want to be with this goal?
    When can you get there - end of March?
    ​STOP!
    Re-read what you just wrote & be sure this is a S.M.A.R.T. Goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timely) and not something unrealistic and crazy like "I want to lose 30 pounds in 10 days" or "I need a muscle up by next weekend" or "I'm running a marathon in 3 weeks - can you train me for it?"

    ​Good now? Ok....let's move on.

    Treat yourself to a massage? New pair of pants? Purchase that gym bag you've been eyeballing?
