Our CrossFit 101 program consists of four class sessions and is dedicated to teaching you (and other beginners like you) the right foundation to begin your CrossFit journey.
Each CrossFit 101 session is approximately one hour and will include a warm up, movement demonstrations, time for you to practice technique, and end with a workout that is scaled to challenge but not overwhelm you. Wear your workout garb (layers if you wish), and bring your water bottle. Even though this is "101", you will get in a good workout as we wrap up each session. |

If you are unable to attend one of these classes, it is up to you to schedule a personal training session ($65/hour) to make up the missed class before you can join the group classes.
